Scripture to live by: "For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels or demons, neither the present not the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. ~ Romans 8:35-39 NIV

Testimony: I was raised in a home where my Mother was a Christian and my father was not. I was brought faithfully to church. At age eight, I received Christ as my Savior and was baptized. At thirteen, I re-dedicated my life at church camp and was baptized again. I attended public school and found it a challenge to be a witness to my classmates. I do remember praying with two close friends to accept Christ, but I wish I had witnessed far more. After earning a two-year college degree, I married at age twenty. With children born at ages twenty-three and twenty-five, I have always tried to live my life to be pleasing to the Lord. I have often failed, but I rest in Christ's boundless love and forgiveness. A recent mission trip to Ecuador brought an even deeper appreciation of all my blessings. I have served as an AWANA leader, VBS helper, choir member, and in various other ministries over the years. I have been a youth leader for the past three years and I am thoroughly enjoying it! I hope that I can make an impact on even one young person's life. I pray God uses me to lead someone to Him. There is no greater blessing! See you on Thursday nights at 6:30!
